Global Stress Study 2020

During May, June and July 2020, we surveyed HR and Wellbeing leaders around the world to gain insights on the stress levels in different territories covering all industries. The comprehensive research project was conducted in partnership with stress survey experts APeopleBusiness to help us create a global wellbeing index.

The results will help leaders to understand the drivers of stress within organisations; multinationals to compare regional differences around the world and to help measure levels of presenteeism across the workforce. This data collected is invaluable insight for organisations across the globe to better understand the pressure points and provide solutions that will make a real difference.

The global pandemic in early 2020 affected us all in many different ways and the data and insight we have gained from this study has created a detailed wellbeing index for organisations to inform future strategic decisions and I’m delighted that we are going to continue this study every quarter so we can update the report regularly & provide invaluable data via our Wellbeing @ Work Hub global community.
