The impact of the pandemic has meant the need for an effective wellbeing strategy led by all leaders but what does wellbeing mean today vs what should it entail? How are companies really delivering on listening on diversity and are the inputs being applied with effect? How have companies established a rhythm of business that reflects the changing world of work that still achieves results and is aligned to how people (now) want to do their job?
