When a bank takes an innovative approach in creating a total-wellbeing programme, it’s time to recognise the progress that has been made in employee and workplace wellbeing.

Standard Chartered Bank has run a programme of purpose-led campaigns with employees, ‘It Matters’, to specifically influence the culture and create workplaces where employees feel valued.

Paul Sealy, Global Head, People Capabilities at Standard Chartered Bank shares his experience of delivering a cross-company wellbeing approach that crucially, started with business leader-led learning sessions, and included crime-watch stye reconstructions, shared solutions, taking ownership of decision making, and much, much more.
