Being able to truly be yourself at work has such a positive impact on wellbeing and performance and while organisations have been developing their inclusive agenda in recent years, there is still a lot of work to do.

We brought together four true pioneers in this area to discuss how they have implemented strategies that embrace true cognitive diversity – differences in lifestyle, culture, political beliefs and thinking. Our discussion is moderated by former TV host Sheila Hamilton and includes:
