In this Q&A, Chris Cummings, Wellbeing @ Work’s CEO and Founder, tells us more about the Wellbeing @ Work Hub: the background, the benefits and membership information. All the answers to your questions are here.
Q1. What is the Wellbeing @ Work: the background and why you decided to launch this new platform?
A: For nearly seven years, we have been delivering high-quality content to our community of HR and business leaders around the world in a live environment at our Wellbeing @ Work Summits. Following an event, people often asked me ‘what happens next?’ They were looking for ways to keep the conversation going through ongoing support and by making connections with like-minded leaders. Across the world, many of the challenges that organisations and leaders face are similar, because we are all human. I realised that we were holding lots of great information which we could share to help create workplaces where employees thrive.
We have formalised this by bringing together the brightest minds from across the world to help shape the Wellbeing @ Work Hub. The purpose of which is to build a community where HR and business leaders can share best practice, connect, and deliver successful wellbeing and mental health strategies. We are collating an ongoing central resource of the best information, data, resources, case studies and content to give leaders access to everything they need, whenever they need it.
Q2. What are the key benefits to members?
A: There are three levels of membership and the most popular one, Silver, is just over £40 per month. This gives members access to the Hub’s extensive content library and we have created different formats to suit members preferences: toolkits, micro-learning videos, podcasts, case studies and, of course, our community app. Members can benefit from having everything in one place, which means saving time, staying ahead of wellbeing developments and conversations, and taking learnings from similar companies to implement successful workplace wellbeing and mental health strategies.
Q3. What can members do to get the best from the Hub?
A: The Wellbeing @ Work Hub provides a wealth of information in different formats to suit members individual requirements. The Hub provides the latest content in bite-sized formats; the aim is to inform not overwhelm. And the community app allows members to create and join conversations relevant to their wellbeing objectives. It’s also the opportunity to tackle and discuss particular issues they may be facing with their peer group.
An example of the app’s benefits happened just the other day with a discussion about the challenges employers are facing around returning to the office. The discussion sparked some incredible solutions for our members and is just one example of how sharing knowledge and ideas as part of a private community can really deliver value.
Q4. How can members sign-up?
A: There are two paid options for membership. The Silver package provides all of the great content and access to our community app and the annual fee is £500. The Gold package, annual fee £995, includes access to dedicated account manager available 24/7, to assist members with finding what they need and the opportunity to commission specific, tailored content.
