11:40 – 12:05: The Future of Work and Wellbeing

By 2020, we no longer need to argue the case for Wellbeing. More leaders understand the importance of the organisation’s role in individual wellbeing and it’s impact on performance. The business outcomes of increasing employee’s wellbeing are nothing shot of substantial, and studies are getting closer to showing the causation, not just the correlation, between individual wellbeing and business performance. But what does the big data miss? And what is our role, as leaders and managers, in truly putting wellbeing at the centre?

In this session, participants will look at the macro global wellbeing insights and how these apply to the workplace. We will then drill into insights into the role of the manager and what you can do differently to give yourself a well-being boost and create new habits.
