I must say the event was very well executed and really very professional. The audience was at a senior level one and the speakers were all experts in their field. It was a pleasure and a great learning to interact with them. I will be using the services of one or two vendors who I met at the event for some activities planned in the coming month.

U.A.E.: The Route to Happiness
As the U.A.E. progresses towards its mission around happiness and positivity, it is important for leaders in both government and non-governmental organizations to consider the immense impact of workplace conditions on employees’ daily lives. Using recent analysis, Gallup will outline a model to illustrate how employers can significantly contribute to the UAE’s mission through workplaces built on a strong foundation of performance, engagement, strengths and well-being. Through its study of human nature for over 80 years in over 140 countries, and advising the world’s leading organizations how to transform their organizational cultures, Gallup has identified the conditions that lead to thriving countries, citizens, workplaces and customers. Gallup aims to bring the best of this knowledge to UAE leaders and organizations in pursuit of the national happiness agenda.
