Wellness & Business ROI – The ‘Experience Mindset’
Customer Experience (CX) has been the battle ground of this century, and the experience bar is constantly rising. Organisations are constantly on a search to better understand how to transform and improve their people and process performance to deliver better CX performance. Now, organisations are realising that Employee Experience (EX) is the NEXT battle ground. EX=CX is a well-known acronym.
The ongoing challenge for leaders is to validate the return on investment (ROI) on wellness and employee experience approaches that deliver customer experience.
In this presentation Allan will outline the new agenda for leaders ‘The Experience Mindset’ (EX=CX), how this addresses the ROI challenge and importantly a tool to develop your own experience reporting dashboard.
