Poppy was awarded an OBE in the 2018 New Year’s Honours list in recognition of her services to people with mental health issues. She is also the CEO of the City Mental Health Alliance (CMHA), a coalition of businesses working to increase understanding of mental health issues to create a culture of good mental health in the City of London. Poppy is also a non-executive director on the board of Public Health England.

2. The role and impact of Executive Wellbeing in leadership development programs for high-potential talent
Leadership behaviour and style have been proven to directly affect a team’s wellbeing.
