Poppy Jaman is an internationally respected mental health advocate, national policy advisor and social entrepreneur who has worked in over ten countries. Poppy was awarded an OBE in the 2018 New Year’s Honours list in recognition of her services to people with mental health issues. She is also the CEO of the City Mental Health Alliance (CMHA), a coalition of businesses working to increase understanding of mental health issues to create a culture of good mental health in the City of London. Poppy is also a non-executive director on the board of Public Health England.

2. The role and impact of Executive Wellbeing in leadership development programs for high-potential talent
Leadership behaviour and style have been proven to directly affect a team’s wellbeing. When leaders address their own wellbeing needs through successful leadership development, it creates a ripple effect that directly benefits and enhances the wellbeing of an entire team. This session will discuss the relevance of an approach to wellbeing with high-potential talent, and how progressive organisations can ensure the receptivity to, take-up of, and the impact of wellbeing interventions among their senior leaders. The ongoing challenge for leaders is to validate the return on investment on wellness and employee experience approaches that deliver customer experience.
In this presentation, Allan will outline the new agenda for leaders ‘The Experience Mindset’ (EX=CX) and how this addresses the ROI challenge and how it can be a tool to develop your own experience reporting dashboard.
